Esther Moise, RN, BSN, CCM, is a healthcare entrepreneur and certified AI consultant who has spent her career at the intersection of clinical care and technology. As a registered nurse and certified case manager, she saw firsthand how administrative overload pulls caregivers away from the work that matters most. That insight became the foundation for everything she builds today. Esther is the founder and leader of three companies, each solving a distinct problem for healthcare and service-based organizations: Frontline Nurse Staffing provides healthcare staffing solutions for facilities and organizations, connecting them with qualified, compassionate nursing professionals backed by modern, AI-enabled credentialing and compliance. NJN Training & Consulting helps businesses implement AI, automation, and operational systems that improve efficiency and scalability, including AI workflow design, compliance governance, and custom AI-powered CMS and ATS solutions. Mobile EventMed Solutions provides professional onsite medical support for events and organizations that require emergency preparedness and medical coverage. Esther's work focuses on practical, human-centered AI: workflow automation, custom AI agents, CRM and ATS solutions, and AI governance frameworks that keep growth responsible. She believes technology should give people more time to do meaningful work, not less, a philosophy that runs through every system she designs.
