About Carol Colbert White

Carol Colbert-White, known as MissBriefcase, didn’t stumble into business strategy — she was forged by it. A proud Spelman College graduate, Carol spent more than two decades in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, and her path was anything but linear. She started in pharmaceutical sales, where she learned early that relationships, trust, and clear communication were the foundation of everything. But Carol never stopped pushing. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Clinical Research and Regulatory Administration from Northwestern University — her MSCRRA — and transitioned into clinical research and regulatory affairs on the medical device side. It was there that she landed at GE Healthcare, one of the most process-driven organizations in the world. Working toward her Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt, she designed and completed a real operational improvement project for an actual department inside the company — did the work, delivered the results, and checked every box. Then GE laid her off before she could receive it. What GE didn’t realize is that you can take the title — but you cannot take the knowledge. Carol didn’t look for another corporate job. She looked forward. She took the discipline, the process thinking, and the twenty-five years of sales, science, and systems experience that nobody could lay off — and she launched Ntegrity Marketing Solutions, a text message marketing company built to help businesses connect with their customers faster and more effectively. Working closely with her clients gave her a front row seat to a problem she couldn’t ignore. Businesses were losing time, money, and opportunity not because they lacked ambition — but because they lacked structure. That observation led her straight to AI. And AI led her to the most important work of her career. Armed with the academic rigor of Spelman College and Northwestern University, Lean Six Sigma training earned inside one of the world’s most demanding corporate environments, and decades of real world experience, Carol developed the Structure → Elevate → Execute System™.
